Bring with you one of the following acceptable forms of I.D. (issued within the last 5 years):
California driver's license or non-driver's ID issued by the CA Department of Motor Vehicles
U.S. Passport
Out of State (U.S.), Mexico, or Canada driver's license with photograph, signature, serial/ID number, and physical description of the bearer
Please call to discuss if you have another form of ID. Birth and/or marriage certificates, Social Security cards, credit cards, and temporary driver's licenses, are not acceptable forms of ID
Leave the signature line(s) blank or, if already signed, ensure that the signature is an original
Ensure that all blank spaces on your document(s) are completely filled out or lined-out
FEES FOR MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE
Each Notarial Act is $15 and in addition,
Travel fee for addresses from Meyers to Al Tahoe Blvd. is $20
Travel fee for addresses from Al Tahoe Blvd. to Stateline is $25
Can also travel to a designated meeting location at the "Y" or Stateline - please call for location
